AP Classroom & Exam Information

Important AP Exam Registration Policy at Robbinsville High School

• Enrolled Students at Robbinsville High School: AP exam registration at Robbinsville High School is strictly for students enrolled in and attending our high school. Students attending other high schools are not eligible to test at our school.

• Homeschooled Students: If you are a homeschooled student residing within our Robbinsville School District boundaries, please contact Mrs. Rotondo: rotondo.laurie@robbinsvillek12.gov and/or Ms. Mannino: mannino.kristina@robbinsvillek12.gov for eligibility requirements, exam registration information, and availability.

AP Classroom

AP Classroom provides students access to resources such as assignments posted by their AP teacher and daily review videos presented by the College Board. Students enrolled in an AP Course MUST also enroll in the corresponding AP Classroom through College Board's MyAPClassroom site. Students will receive a unique Join Code from their AP Teacher, which is required to gain access to their course's AP Classroom. 

*Joining AP Classroom is NOT the same as ordering the exam. Students MUST complete both steps prior to the deadline for an exam to be ordered.

AP Classroom & Exam Registration

AP Classroom & Exam registration is a two-step process, using both Total Registration and AP Classroom.  All students enrolled in an AP course MUST first enroll in AP Classroom using the Join Code provided by their AP teacher. Once this step is completed, students must create an account in Total Registration to indicate whether they intend to take the exam. Students who have previously taken an AP course should NOT create new accounts in Total Registration or AP Classroom, but should login to their existing Total Registration and AP Classroom accounts. 

All exam fees should be paid through Total Registration at the time of exam registration. Final payments need to be received NO LATER than the final deadline for an exam to be ordered.

AP exams will be offered for AP courses taught at Robbinsville High School. Robbinsville High School will also offer the following AP Exam Administration: Chinese and Language, Computer Science Principles, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Music Theory. For these courses not taught at RHS, the Join Code can be accessed through Total Registration.

Total Registration

Total Registration is the online portal students use to communicate their intent to take or not take the AP Exam and to pay exam fees. 

*Setting up an account with Total Registration is NOT the same as ordering the exam. Students MUST complete both steps prior to the deadline for an exam to be ordered.

Students taking AP exams at Robbinsville High School must register between September 14 at 7:30 AM and November 12 at 11:59 PM.

• Cost per exam: $105.00
• Late Registrations: Registration requests made after the deadlines outlined above will incur a non-refundable $42 late registration fee in addition to the regular exam fee. Late requests MUST be fully paid at the time of registration through Total Registration. Late registration closes March 5,2027
• Cancellation/Unused Exams: Cancellations for AP exams made after November 12, will incur a non-refundable $42 cancellation fee (issued by College Board). Any fees paid prior to the cancellation request will be partially refunded, less the non-refundable cancellation fee charged by College Board. 
• *Unexcused absences on exam day will not be eligible for any refund and the exam will not be rescheduled. See Exam Day Attendance section below for details regarding absences. 

Families now have the convenience of paying exam fees online at the time of registration. Please have a credit or debit card available before beginning the process.
