Dear Robbinsville High School Community Members, The RHS Class of 2025 Red Carpet/Post Prom Committee needs your support! RHS Class of 2025 Red Carpet and Post Prom event is hosting its final fundraising push for the May 2025 Red Carpet and Post-Prom experience. We would like to create a memorable and engaging experience to ensure all attendees are able to enjoy a safe and fun night. Therefore, the Red Carpet and Post Prom Committee is establishing a tax-deductible (Tax ID #30-0261030) Write-a-Check” campaign. The Red Carpet is a highly anticipated event for both the students and the Robbinsville community to gather and celebrate the senior class as they head to prom in their red carpet attire and into their futures. The Post Prom event is an all-volunteer effort by parents and the community and ensures a substance-free, safe, and exciting continuation of the Prom celebration. To enhance the prom experience the Robbinsville High School and RHS PTSA partner to host the Red Carpet and Post Prom activities. These events cannot be successful without the help of our parents/guardians!
Red Carpet This year’s Red Carpet will be held at RHS gym on May 17 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. We need volunteers to help us as follows: Friday, May 16 from 6 - 8 pm to set up Saturday, May 17 from 3:30 - 7:30 pm - we are in need of 12 parent/guardian volunteers for door monitors, traffic directors, etc. to help staff the event and then breakdown afterwards.
Post Prom at Adventure Crossing Following the conclusion of prom, attendees will be bussed to Adventure Crossing in Jackson for a fun night! We are in need of 10 chaperones for the entirety of the event. Chaperones should plan to arrive at Adventure Crossing at approximately 10:30 PM and stay u ntil 4:00 AM, May 17 - 18, 2025.
